No More Lazy Programming

Just gave my AI agent a plain-English directive over Teams:

"Let's make some changes to your schedule. Keep running at the same pace, but don't broadcast anything anymore if there are no tickets. However, if there are no tickets within the last 4 hours on weekdays, send a message saying there were no tickets in the last 'X' hours. I want to know you're still alive even if there are no tickets - just not every hour. Weekend and evening schedules should be left alone."
Microsoft Teams chat with the TB-Help Desk Triage AI agent, which receives the plain-English schedule change and starts working on it
The request as sent to the agent in Microsoft Teams.

This is the exact thing I would give a developer to make changes to a program. It would probably take an hour for a good programmer, and maybe a week for a lazy one.

But here we are today — I can just tell my AI to make this change, and boom. Done.
